I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your excellent customer service and advice given to myself as I began the process of looking at providing the best possible access for all children at St Joseph’s.
The option for us to trial the different components you offered was outstanding as it gave teachers the opportunity to determine what they liked and needed. With this option they are all fully on board with using the system when it is fully installed in every classroom of our new contemporary learning spaces.
St Joseph’s is all about providing best educational practice for all students and your system has allowed us to do this. Inclusion is one of the most important things in schools and education today. Hear and Learns service and support is excellent.
For a relatively small investment, St Joseph’s Korumburra is now equipped with technology that involves teachers only wearing one microphone which is the smallest in the market. This means using a microphone is comfortable, simple and not perceived as a deafness thing reducing stigma for hearing aided children.
The outcome is inclusion for all students and overcoming the simple fact that unaided voices fade over distance. “ Once again thank you for your professionalism and support over our journey. We look forward to continuing to work with you as our building project continues.
