A study emanating from Southern Canada offers Australian educators powerful evidence.
A School District in Winnipeg – just over the US border in the deep south of Canada – had its Audiologists conducts a Pilot in first grade classrooms. The Pilot used Redcat Soundfield devices and a competitor product known as Front Row.
The Pilot concluded that:
- Redcat is the soundfield device preferred by Teachers with 85% using the Redcat product every day, and 50% using the Front Row product every day.
- The Winnipeg District concluded that soundfield, in the context of the students’ ability to hear and listen, created increases. Further, Teacher’s vocal strain reduced.
